I agree and understand that cycling, including mountain biking in particular, cycling competition, trail building and maintenance, and related activities, involve inherent risks and dangers, including the risk of serious injury or death. I agree to assume completely those risks and dangers of whatever nature. Sole responsibility for my personal safety remains with me. I also agree to assume solely full responsibility for all damage of any nature that I might cause to third parties. Therefore, in consideration of the acceptance of my registration, I hold free and harmless from any liability RVC, Velo NB, Cycling Canada, their members, volunteers, directors, representatives, and employees, as well as any landowners, sponsors, organizers, or any others directly or indirectly involved in RVC's activities. I waive my right to claim and my right of action against each and every person mentioned in the forgoing lines in relation with the occurrence of any loss, damage or injury of any nature that I might sustain through my involvement with RVC and its activities. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned persons from any loss or liability that may arise from my involvement with RVC and its activities.
